Sustainably grown pinot noir grapes, hand harvested by the Bowker Family on August 26, 2024. Foot crushed in bins, whole cluster pressed directly to new oak barrels for a 30-day fermentation. Full malolactic and aged in stainless steel for six months prior to bottling. 13.5% abv. One barrel produced.
